Bianca Pond, an award-winning artist, got her start in the world of art at an early age. After moving to the United States from South Africa as a little girl, she grew up in California and Arizona where she developed her love of drawing. After years of dabbling in art as a hobby, Bianca decided to pursue a career as a professional artist. She is a graduate of the Mastery Program at Milan Art Institute.

Bianca’s passion is painting using a variety of mediums. She loves seeing what fun surprises come from loose washes of color and splatters of acrylic and spray paint. Bianca refines her pieces by bringing out the subject using oil paint. As for inspiration, she cannot help but be invigorated by the beauty of creation. The view of trees from her studio draws nature close, making it easy to settle in and create. The aim of her work is to invoke a sense of hope and peace in her audience while providing them a taste of beauty that lingers.

Bianca currently resides in Missouri with her adoring husband, who makes beautiful frames for her artwork, and four amazing children, who love to create alongside of her. When she is not making art with her family, she is homeschooling her children and serving in children’s ministry at her church.
